LEAN MOM, FIT FAMILY is a 6-week step-by-step action plan for moms who want to slim down, shape up and bring their families
along for the fun! Beginning with an extensive Family Fitness profile, Michael asks each family member to complete a 20 question,
fit quiz to help determine a starting point. From there, parents and children together set achievable nutrition and exercise goals, and
keep records of them in an easy-to-complete food diary and exercise/activity journal.
